Ronald Rabbit is a Dirty Old Man by Lawrence Block (Manor Books, 1971)

To add to Westlake’s Adios and Dresner’s Man Who Wrote Dirty Books, Block wrote this send up, substiuting sleaze books with a children’s magazine, but essentially a satire about publishing in general. I haven’t read this one yet, or found a good copy, but I thought I’d mention its existence.

Hi while I’m quite honored that you are using my scan to illustrate your post, I’d doubly love it if you gave me a plug perhaps! Anyways, I look at your blog everyday, and I’m glad I was able to be a part therof! You do a fine service to the sleaze community!
